Fr. Hugo was born and raised in Durango, Mexico. He attended Sacred Heart school of Theology in Hales Corners, Wisconsin, and was ordained a priest of the Archdiocese of Chicago in 2006. He has served at Mary Queen of Heaven in Cicero, and pastor at St. Mary of Celle in Berwyn. Presently he is Associate Pastor at St. John Vianney.
